What type of tenants do you house?

We only house young professionals and working persons. For students, there is a separate HMO.

Do you carry out a credit check and tenant reference?

Yes. We carry out enhanced due diligence to ensure we are housing reliable tenants. As a part of this due diligence, we ask for proof of employment/income and confer with previous landlords.

Will the rooms be furnished?

Yes, every room will come complete with a bed, 2-door wardrobe, and dresser.

 

Do you provide Wi-Fi?

Yes, Wi-Fi is inclusive with your bills.

Are bills included?

Yes, we have the gas, electricity, water, and Wi-Fi covered (in accordance with our fair-usage policy).

Will I need to pay a deposit?

Yes. We usually hold five weeks of rent beforehand, but don’t worry, your money will be safe in our registered deposit system.

 

How will I pay rent?

Every month via standing order.

 

What is the minimum length of my tenancy?

6 – 12 months then rolling. This will be agreed through our AST contract.

 

What if I want to leave immediately?

We understand that circumstances change, therefore, if you need to leave, we will only charge the equivalent of one month’s rent with a minimum of one month’s notice.

Will I be able to refer my friends to this property?

Yes, and we will reward you with a £50 referral bonus.

 

Will I be able to speak with landlord if there are any problems?

Yes, we are available 7 days a week.

 

 

Will it have good, white appliances?

Yes, every property will have a washing machine, cooker and fridge/freezer.

What equipment does the kitchen have?

Basics are provided (i.e., toaster, kettle, microwave, and cutlery).

Am I allowed to have pets?

Unfortunately, due to customer feedback, our properties are all pet free.
