We specialize in Housing Multiple Occupation (HMO) properties and cooperate lets. Our aim is to provide landlords and estate agents with property management and administrative services without a hassle. We deliver a guaranteed rent scheme by offering a fixed monthly rent on the property through a long-term lease (that is, 2-5 years ). This means we will take full control of your property during this period while you relax and enjoy a passive income.
We are a company with a true desire to provide exceptional service to our landlords, tenants, and estate agents. We possess a high-level of knowledge and skill, particularly regarding HMO properties, and understand the importance of providing high-quality homes to our tenants. We are committed to keeping properties well maintained and will go above and beyond to add value to the properties we manage during the lease term.

The Residential Landlords Association (RLA) has created minimum national amenity standards for licensable HMOs. The requirements for each council differ from one another, therefore, it is best to confer with your local council to determine what the guidelines are as they pertain to your property, especially regarding fire safety and space requirements.
